Child care during the conference at the campus

We offer a qualified child care for all conference participants during the time of the conference (March 25th to 30th 2012)!

TU-Berlin offers a child care during the conference. There will be three parent-child-rooms, which are provided by the family office. The rooms number EB 324, 325 and 325a are equipped with toys, tables, couch, baby travel bed (pillow and bedclothes need to be brought), electric kettle, phone and computer with internet connection. They are located in the EB-building, close to the main building. The access with a baby buggy is possible without any problems by taking the entrance at the main gateway and the elevator in the cellar. The flexible and hourly child care is available for children elder than 8 weeks.

The child care will be effected by students who already are experienced in this field. You can make use of the child care if you have applied for it in time, however, only between 08:00 and 19:00. Clothes, nappies and food must be brought.

Charge

The charge for child care is dependent on the amount of children. Presumably it will be 10 EUR per child and hour.

Registration

Please apply in written form for childcare by 17th of March 2012 at the latest. Short-term appointments will only be possible, if other children are already being looked after. No-shows of registered caring periods will be charged to you.
